A chance realization of audio based around the vibrations of debris and refuse. The events will happen throughout the festival utilizing small vibrating motors, cylindrical amplification, found objects and near by garbage to create "throw away" sculptures. Tiny sounds in large spaces.

Performance On-site June 3rd:

A live installation style performance of audio, captured from cell phone screen recordings of scams, fishing, and frauds. All captured media is synthesized through hardware applications.

About the artist:
Brandon Auger (b.1978) - artist and structural builder based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Working with sound as a medium, his minimalistic work promotes the amplification of electronic idiosyncrasies and vibrational nuances in both acoustic and synthetic environments.
Along with being an active member of suddenlyLISTEN and the improvising community in Canada, Auger’s main project pnl(a), has be a 20+ year study of tape/electronic music having amassed several releases. Brandon is also one half of the microsound group Strata (w/cellist Norm Adams)
His compositions, installations, live performances and collaborative projects have spanned across both Canada and the U.S.
